ANUNCIOS DIC 24. 2024 ENGRAVED EQUIPMENT EXTRACTION ISSUE AND COMPENSATION

Greetings Guardians,

We have found a discrepancy in the Magic Metal amounts displayed in the UI versus the actual amounts obtained when extracting engraved equipment. This issue has persisted since July 23 (for global), and the issue affected equipment of the Epic and Legendary grades.

  • Equipment that has only gone through Limit Break was providing the correct Magic Metal amounts.
  • When extracting engraved exclusive equipment, the amount of Magic Metal obtained is determined only by the presence of engraving, Limit Break level, and the equipment's grade.

We have identified the root cause of the issue and plan to address it in the update scheduled for December 24 update (for global). Additionally, we have conducted a thorough investigation of the accounts affected during the period of this issue. 

Missing Magic Metal will be restored individually based on the number of engraved equipment extractions per grade. 

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue related to equipment extractions. Lastly, as a token of our apology, we will provide compensation to the affected players. Please see the details below.

 


 

■ Compensation for Affected Users (Only):

  • Period: From December 24 update ~ December 31 (2024), 09:00 UTC
  • Eligibility: Players who experienced missing Magic Metal rewards from engraved equipment extractions between July 23 to December 24 (total: 300 affected players). 
  • Restoration Reward: Missing Magic Metal will be restored for each account based on the number of engraved equipment extractions per grade.
  • Compensation: Stamina x200

Note: The type and quantity of engraved equipment extracted vary by account. Missing Magic Metal will be delivered to affected accounts via in-game mail.
