We would like to provide an additional update regarding the abnormal play issue in the Orbital Lift using the pause function, which was mentioned in the previous notice (link).

First, the issue that allowed for abnormal play using the pause function within this content has been addressed in the update on December 10. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the time taken to investigate and resolve the issue.

We are currently reviewing usage records of the Orbital Lift prior to the update. For players who exploited this error to climb the Orbital Lift, disciplinary actions will have been taken in accordance with our operating policies.

Additionally, we sincerely apologize for any concerns caused by this issue. As a token of our apology, we will be providing the following compensation:
