We are Guardian Tales, bringing you fun for everyone, everywhere!
On November 27th, we shared an announcement regarding the abnormal damage through the Pause function in certain game content (link). Today, we’d like to provide an additional update.
First, we apologize for the delay and any inconvenience caused during our investigation.

Investigation Results
In reviewing usage data for Guild Raid and Dungeon Kingdom Arena, we found:

• The Pause function was being used more broadly than anticipated across these modes.
• Many cases showed no clear intent to exploit the system repeatedly or maliciously.

Additionally, we found no abnormal scores or rankings that exceeded account capabilities or impacted rankings significantly in these modes. Therefore, no individual penalties will be issued for Guild Raid or Dungeon Kingdom Arena.
For Orbital Lift, as it is an automated, repeatable challenge with no attempt limits, further investigation is required. We aim to share findings next week.

Planned Changes
We’ve heard your feedback about the inconvenience caused by the Pause/Resume wait time and will be making improvements:

• The Pause/Resume wait time will be removed for Guild Raid and Dungeon Kingdom Arena.
• Mechanics will be adjusted to ensure no additional scores can be gained using the Pause/Resume feature.

These changes, along with updates for Orbital Lift, will be implemented on December 10th for global.

Apologies and Next Steps
We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by this issue and will thoroughly review similar systems to prevent future occurrences.
As a gesture of apology, we will provide compensation rewards once the Orbital Lift investigation is complete.
Moving forward, we will enhance our detection systems to address abnormal gameplay and deliver a stable, fair gaming experience for everyone.
