Greetings Guardians,

We want to inform you of an issue affecting some players where the Tactic Level and Specialty may occasionally reset.

The issue was inadvertently introduced with the October 15th update and was fixed with the recent update on October 29.

We’ve identified all Guardians affected by these resets, but due to the nature of the issue, it’s not possible to fairly and accurately restore the progress lost by the resets. Instead, compensation as detailed below will be issued to all affected players.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the issue and the time it’s taken to address it.

■ Individual Compensation

- Compensation Recipients: Guardians whose Specialty and Tactic Level were reset in The Tale of the Tetis Hero between Oct 15 (Tue) and Oct 29 (Tue)

- Compensation Period: Oct 31 (Thu) ~ Nov 6 (Wed) 15:59 (UTC) 

- Compensation: Gem x 500
