The final season of Co-op Defense took place and ended and here is some guidance for those who could not claim the last season's rewards.

Typically, season rewards are available upon entering the Co-op lobby after the season ends. However, with the conclusion of the Defense content due to the Season 3 update on June 11, the period to claim the season rewards was cut short and we acknowledge that this was a rather tight schedule compared to the usual reward claiming period.

For those who were unable to claim their final season rewards for Co-op Defense, we are currently in the process of verifying the data. We plan to individually distribute the unclaimed season rewards during the maintenance update on Tuesday, June 25th for global.

We apologize for not providing a sufficient reward claiming period in advance. We are committed to distributing the rewards with our sincerest apologies. Please refer to the details below for the specific distribution schedule.

- Claim Period : June 25 after maintenance—July 2 14:59 UTC

- Reward : 300 Gems

■ To relevant individuals

- Target : Individuals who did not claim the Co-op Defense season rewards (who missed the claim period of June 10—June 11 maintenance)

- Claim Period : Claimable for 7 days from your in-game mailbox when you first log in after June 25 (T) after maintenance
 

All rewards will be sent once per account to the in-game mailbox.
