As we approach the Season 3 update that was revealed with the "Season 3 Tuning Up" offline event (recap), we would like to provide advance notice regarding the key changes happening in the game. 

Please note that the information provided may be subject to some changes based on the update schedule and development status up until the update. If there are any changes, we will inform you through separate announcements.

 We sincerely value the heartfelt opinions you share with us, and we will do our best to listen to them and prepare for the Season 3 update to bring you an even better Guardian Tales. Please check below for detailed information about the key changes.

World 19 & Lobby Opening

ㄴ World 19, "Pixie's Forest," will be opened. 

ㄴ A newly renovated lobby will be opened to coincide with the Season 3 update.

UI/UX Renewal

1. Main screen default button rearrangement and organization. 

2. Addition of Content Book Access 

ㄴ all Guardian Tales content in one place and quickly navigate to desired content.

3. Preset System Improvement 

ㄴImprovements to manage preset hero parties by content. 

4. Various QoL Enhancements 

ㄴ Quality-of-life enhancements to hero growth, equipping equipment, various filters, and addition of hero's multi-Limit Break function.

Currency Value Reassessment

1. Rift Expansion and Currency Acquisition Improvement 

ㄴThe acquisition amount of various rifts and currencies will be improved to match the currency acquisition speed of Season 3.

ㄴ As mentioned in the notice "Dev's Note: Tetis Hero War Improvements," the Rift expansion will be prioritized through the update scheduled for May 28th (Tuesday). 

2. Rare Hero Evolution Stone Integration 

ㄴ Evolution stones that can be used commonly for rare heroes will be added. They have the same nature as normal hero evolution stones, and existing individual rare hero evolution stones will be changed to integrated rare hero evolution stones after the update.

3. Normal Awakening Stone Integration 

ㄴ Awakening stones with merged Attack/Defense/HP by grade will be added. 

ㄴ Existing individual Attack/Defense/HP awakening stones will be changed to grade-integrated awakening stones after the update.

Daily Mission Renewal

ㄴ The daily missions will be renewed to allow players to receive rewards for completing only the desired tasks without having to clear all the various contents of Guardian Tales. For example, even if only some of the 14 new daily missions are selectively cleared, players can still receive the daily mission completion rewards.

Guardian Pass Renewal & Expansion

ㄴ Rewards for both the Normal Pass and Gold Pass of the Guardian Pass will be improved to match the currency acquisition speed of Season 3. The Guardian Pass will be extended up to the Platinum Pass, allowing players to obtain even more attractive rewards. The missions of the Guardian Pass will be adjusted to fit the Season 3 playstyle.

Summon System Revamp

ㄴ Hero/Equipment Selective Summon will be added. 

ㄴ During each summoning process, players can select 5 desired heroes or 5 desired equipment, and only the selected ones will be summoned.

Addition of New Hero and Equipment Growth Elements

1.  Hero Blessings 

ㄴ A new growth system called "Hero Blessings" will be added. The currency required for Hero Blessings can be obtained through Tetis Hero War and various events. 

2. Equipment Inscriptions

ㄴ A new growth system called 'Equipment Inscriptions' will be added, which can be used on equipment that has completed both Limit Break and leveling up. 

ㄴ The core currency required for Equipment Inscriptions is the same exclusive equipment or Epic Limit Breaking Hammer. 

ㄴ By using a large number of Strengthening Hammers, players can increase the probability of acquiring the maximum option when inscribing equipment. 

ㄴ There is a maximum number of attempts for inscriptions, and upon reaching the maximum number of attempts, players can definitively obtain the maximum option.

Content Organization

ㄴ Following contents will be re-organized to coincide with the release of Season 3.

Changes to Permanent Sale Packages

ㄴ With the integration of existing Attack/Defense/HP Awakening Stones into grade-integrated Awakening Stones after the Season 3 update, some permanent sale packages will be discontinued and sold as renewed packages. 

ㄴ A new permanent package, "Heavenhold Cafe Special Subscription," was added with the renewal update on April 30th update, and the existing "Heavenhold Cafe Subscription" will only be available for sale until the Season 3 update.

1. Packages sold until the Season 3 update

※ Even if the "Heavenhold Cafe Subscription" package is discontinued, during the remaining period for claiming rewards, you can still receive daily rewards (100 stamina) as usual.

2. Packages renewed for sale after the Season 3 update maintenance

※ Even after the renewal of the "Everyday Awakening Stones! Package," during the remaining period for claiming rewards from previously purchased packages, you can still receive the daily package reward (Awakening Stone Box (Lv.70)). 

※ After the Season 3 update maintenance, when claiming rewards from previously purchased packages (Awakening Stone Box (Lv.70), the awakening stones will be changed and provided as new awakening stones with integrated attack/defense/HP attributes. 

※ If you have been receiving package rewards (Awakening Stone Box (Lv.70)) by purchasing the previous version of the "Everyday Awakening Stones! Package," you can still purchase the renewed package after the Season 3 update maintenance. Additionally, receiving rewards from both the old and new packages (Awakening Stone Box (Lv.70)) is possible.
