Urgent Maintenance
 

We will be conducting an urgent maintenance on June 7, 2022 (UTC).

During this time, Guardian Tales will be temporarily unavailable. Maintenance will begin at the time stated below and last for an hour.
 

Maintenance Start Time:

• June 7, 10:00 AM (UTC)

• June 7, 12:00 PM (CEST)

• June 7, 06:00 AM (EDT)

• June 7, 03:00 AM (PDT)

Maintenance End Time:

• June 7, 11:00 AM (UTC)

• June 7, 13:00 PM (CEST)

• June 7, 07:00 AM (EDT)

• June 7, 04:00 AM (PDT)

Issues Resolved:

• Different heroes can equip the same equipment at the same time.

• Equipment saved in a present being unequipped during Colosseum.

  • If you had heroes that had equipped the same gear, this equipment will be found on the Hero you had obtained first after this maintenance. 

• Both Male and Female Knights or both Fei and Mei appear on the results window from Pick-up Summons.
   

Compensation:

• 600 Gems (300 Gems for urgent maintenance compensation + 300 Gems for the inconvenience caused from the existing issue)
