The Company shall prominently display the following items within the Game Service so that Members may easily recognize them; provided, however, that the Privacy Policy and these Terms may be made available to Members via a linked interface:

  1. Corporate name and the name of the representative director;
  2. Business address (including an address where Member grievances and complaints can be handled);
  3. Telephone number and email address;
  4. Business registration number;
  5. Mail-order business report number;

  8. Information on probability-based items (loot boxes) pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms within the Game Service or on a linked interface so that Members may review them with ease. When a Member clicks the "Agree" button to these Terms, the Member is deemed to have fully consented hereto. In such case, critical provisions—such as service interruptions, statutory withdrawal of subscription, refunds of overpayments, contract termination/cancellation, and Company disclaimers/limitations of liability—shall be highlighted using bold fonts, distinctive colors, or symbols, or presented through a separate link to ensure clear understanding.
  2. When amending these Terms, the Company shall specify the effective date, details of the amendment, and reasons for amendment, and post them within the Game Service or on a linked interface at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date; provided, however, that if the amendment is disadvantageous to Members or involves material changes, the Company shall provide notice through the same method at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date and notify Members individually pursuant to Article 29, Paragraph 1. In such cases, a clear comparison between the pre-amendment and post-amendment provisions shall be provided.
  3. Upon announcing amendments to these Terms, the Company shall confirm whether Members consent to the application of the amended Terms. When providing notice under Paragraph 2, if the Company explicitly announces that a Member will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms if the Member fails to express an explicit refusal by the effective date, the Member shall be deemed to have consented to the amended Terms if no objection is raised prior to the effective date. A Member has the right to refuse the amended Terms; if a Member does not agree, either the Company or the Member may terminate the Service Agreement.
  4. The Company shall maintain measures enabling Members to submit inquiries and receive responses regarding the contents of these Terms.
  5. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Game Industry Promotion Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and the Content Industry Promotion Act.

Article 5 (Execution and Application of Service Agreement)

  1. An individual who intends to become a Member must execute a Service Agreement with the Company. The Service Agreement is formed when the applicant applies for service use by providing personal information necessary for service delivery and consenting to these Terms, and the Company subsequently accepts such application.

  1. The Company shall, in principle, accept service applications in the chronological order in which they are received; provided, however, that the Company may withhold acceptance until the underlying cause is resolved under any of the following circumstances:

○      (1) Where the Company’s facilities lack sufficient capacity, support for specific Devices is difficult, or technical failures occur;

○      (2) Where operational disruptions occur in the Services, service fee settlement systems, or payment methods;

○      (3) Where acceptance is otherwise deemed difficult due to operational or technical reasons attributable to the Company analogous to the foregoing.

  1. The Company may reject an application or restrict service use if the applicant falls under any of the following categories:

○      (1) Where the application contains false information or fails to satisfy statutory or contractual prerequisites;

○      (2) Where the applicant misappropriates a third party’s personal information, credentials, or Device;

○      (3) Where a user whose service access was previously restricted arbitrarily terminates their contract and re-applies during the restriction period;

○      (4) Where the application is made for purposes that violate the intent of the Juvenile Protection Act;

○      (5) Where the service is intended to be used for commercial or profit-making purposes;

○      (6) Where the application is submitted by a competitor or an entity seeking to disrupt or undermine the Company’s legitimate business interests;

○      (7) Where access originates from a jurisdiction outside the Republic of Korea where the Company has not officially resolved to launch the Services, and service limitations are necessary pursuant to contracts with foreign publishing partners or territorial restrictions;

○      (8) Where the application originates from a Device that has been restricted from service use by the Company;

○      (9) Where the application is made to commit acts prohibited by the Game Industry Promotion Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., or other relevant statutes;

○      (10) Where the service is intended to be used to undermine public peace, social order, or public morals, or for fraudulent purposes;

○      (11) Where acceptance is otherwise deemed inappropriate for reasons analogous to the foregoing.

  1. If a Member completes the agreement process and inputs all mandatory personal information, the Company shall grant immediate access to the Services, provided there are no grounds to withhold or reject the application. However, if grounds for rejection are discovered post-facto, the Company may impose service restrictions or terminate the Service Agreement pursuant to these Terms.

Article 6 (Operation Policy)

  1. To implement these Terms, govern matters specifically delegated herein, protect Member rights and interests, and maintain order within the Services, the Company may establish an Operation Policy (the "Operation Policy").
  2. The Operation Policy shall be posted within the Game Service or on a linked interface.
  3. When amending the Operation Policy, the Company shall follow the procedures set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 2; provided, however, that if an amendment falls under any of the following categories, it shall be announced in advance through the method set forth in Paragraph 2 of this Article:

○      (1) Where amending matters specifically delegated by these Terms within a defined scope;

○      (2) Where amending matters unrelated to the rights and obligations of Members;

○      (3) Where the revisions do not fundamentally diverge from the contents of these Terms and remain within a scope reasonably foreseeable by Members.

Article 7 (Protection and Use of Personal Information)

  1. The Company shall endeavor to protect Members' personal information pursuant to applicable laws and regulations. The processing, storage, and use of personal information shall be governed by relevant statutes and the Company’s Privacy Policy; provided, however, that the Company’s Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services linked to or provided outside the direct scope of the Company’s Services.
  2. A Member’s status message, nickname, profile photograph, and related attributes constitute voluntary disclosures registered by the Member to express their identity in communications with other users, and may be displayed to other Members based on service features. If a Member accesses the Services via an Affiliated Service, the Member acknowledges and agrees that their service usage records may be disclosed to third parties alongside their profile and nickname registered on such affiliated platforms
  3. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the leakage of personal information caused by reasons attributable to the Member.

Article 8 (Provision and Update of Member Information)

  1. When providing information to the Company pursuant to these Terms, Members must provide true and accurate data. Members shall not be entitled to legal protection against disadvantages resulting from the provision of false information.
  2. If any information submitted during the registration process changes, the Member must promptly update such details online or notify the Company through official support channels.
  3. The Company shall not provide a Member’s personal information to third parties without the Member’s prior consent, except where mandated by statutory authorities pursuant to applicable laws.
  4. The Company shall bear no liability for disadvantages incurred by the Member or third parties resulting from the Member’s failure to notify the Company of modifications under Paragraph 2. If a third party raises legal claims against the Company or if damages are sustained by the Company due to such failure, the Member shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company at the Member’s sole cost and expense.

Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)

  1. The Company shall exercise its rights and perform its obligations under applicable laws and these Terms in good faith.
  2. The Company shall maintain a robust security system to safeguard personal information (including credit and payment data) so that Members may use the Services securely, and shall publish and strictly adhere to its Privacy Policy. Except as provided in these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Company shall not disclose or provide a Member’s personal information to any third party.
  3. To ensure continuous and stable service operations, if equipment malfunctions or data is lost or corrupted during service enhancements, the Company shall make its best efforts to repair or restore such data without delay, unless precluded by force majeure events, national emergencies, or technical defects that are insoluble under current technological standards.

Article 10 (Obligations of Members)

  1. In utilizing the Services, Members must comply with these Terms, the Operation Policy, all operational rules and notices announced by the Company, and applicable laws, including the Juvenile Protection Act.

  1. Members shall not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

○      (1) Providing false information when applying for service access or updating Member information;

○      (3) Modifying the Application, inserting or injecting unauthorized third-party software, hacking or reverse-engineering servers, exfiltrating or altering source code or application data, setting up private servers, or arbitrarily altering or imitating any portion of the Company’s website or services to impersonate the Company without express authorization;

○      (4) Misappropriating another person’s credit card, wired/wireless telephone, bank account, or payment credentials to purchase paid Content, committing payment fraud, or unlawfully using another Member’s ID and credentials;

○      (5) Collecting, storing, posting, or disseminating another Member’s personal information without authorization;

○      (6) Engaging in or inciting speculative/gambling activities; transmitting, posting, or linking to obscene or vulgar information; transmitting words, sounds, texts, images, photographs, or videos that cause revulsion, fear, or sexual humiliation; or otherwise misusing the Services in an unwholesome manner;

○      (7) Using the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes, marketing, advertising, solicitation, political activities, or election campaigning outside the intended scope of the Services;

○      (8) Reproducing, distributing, promoting, or commercially exploiting information obtained through the Services without authorization, or exploiting known or unknown system bugs to utilize the Services;

○      (9) Deceiving others to obtain unfair advantages, causing harm to third parties in connection with service use, or engaging in match-fixing, forced disconnections, or actions manipulating gameplay outcomes;

○      (10) Infringing upon the intellectual property rights (including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets) or publicity/privacy rights of the Company or third parties, or defaming or inflicting damage upon others;

○      (11) Intentionally transmitting, posting, or distributing viruses, malicious code, or files designed to disrupt, corrupt, or limit the functionality of computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;

○      (12) Developing, distributing, utilizing, or advertising unauthorized computer programs, hardware devices, or apparatuses not officially approved or supplied by the Company (e.g., hacks, bots, hardware macro devices);

○      (13) Impersonating Company executives, staff, or GMs, misappropriating another person's identity to publish posts or transmit emails, or falsely stating an affiliation with the Company or third parties;

○      (14) Obstructing the business operations of the Company or defaming the Company’s reputation;

○      (15) Disseminating information, texts, graphical images, sounds, or video clips of a vulgar or obscene nature in violation of the Juvenile Protection Act or applicable penal statutes;

○      (16) Engaging in any other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations, disrupt public order, or breach good public morals and social conventions.

  1. Members may not engage in commercial or profit-making activities utilizing the Services without the prior written consent of the Company, and Members bear sole liability for the results of such activities. If a third party asserts claims or files lawsuits against the Company as a result of such unauthorized commercial activities, the Member shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless at their own expense; if damages are sustained by the Company, the Company may seek damages from the Member, unless the Company facilitated or failed to mitigate the damages through willful misconduct or gross negligence.

  1. Members bear full administrative responsibility for managing their accounts and Devices, and must not permit third parties to access or utilize them. The Company shall not be held liable for damages resulting from negligent Device management or permitting third-party access.

  1. Members must configure payment authentication mechanisms (such as payment passwords or biometric locks) provided by Open Markets to prevent unauthorized transactions. The Company bears no liability for damages resulting from a Member’s failure to implement such security measures.

  1. The Company may establish specific guidelines regarding the following matters, and Members must strictly abide by them:

○      (1) Member account names, character names, guild names, and other identifiers used in-game;

○      (2) Chat rules and communication etiquette;

○      (3) Guidelines for community boards and service utilization;

○      (4) Policies governing third-party platform linkage.

Article 11 (Provision of Services)

  1. The Company shall make the Services available immediately upon executing the Service Agreement pursuant to Article 5; provided, however, that for specific services, operations may commence from a designated date based on operational requirements. Unless otherwise announced, the Services are provided twenty-four (24) hours a day, year-round.

  1. In providing the Game Services, the Company may offer supplementary or ancillary services alongside the core services set forth herein.

  1. The Company may classify Members into tiers and differentiate service offerings by categorizing available hours, frequency of use, and the scope of accessible features.

Article 12 (Use of Services)

  1. The Game Services are provided during hours established in accordance with the Company’s operational policies. The Company shall provide appropriate notice regarding operational hours on the Application’s initial launch screen or via official service announcements.

  1. Notwithstanding Paragraph 1, the Company may temporarily suspend the Services, in whole or in part, under any of the following circumstances. In such cases, the Company shall provide advance notice regarding the reasons and duration on the initial application screen or via service notices; provided, however, that where advance notice is impracticable due to urgent circumstances, post-facto notice may be provided:

○      (1) Where necessary for system maintenance, server expansion, hardware replacement, network stabilization, or routine operations;

○      (2) Where necessary to respond to electronic security breaches (e.g., hacking, DDoS attacks), telecommunications network failures, abnormal gameplay patterns, or unexpected service instability;

○      (3) Where normal service provision is rendered impossible due to power outages, hardware malfunctions, server traffic spikes, or infrastructure maintenance conducted by telecommunications carriers;

○      (4) Where force majeure events occur beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including war, hostilities, natural disasters, or national emergencies.

  1. The Company provides services via dedicated Applications or networks designed for Devices. Members may download and install Applications or access networks to utilize the Services for free or for a fee.

  1. Paid Content requires payment of the fees specified within the respective service. When downloading Applications or using the Services over mobile networks, separate data communication fees prescribed by the Member's mobile carrier may apply.

  1. Applications downloaded or services utilized over telecommunications networks are optimized for specific Devices or carrier environments. If a Member changes Devices, phone numbers, or uses international roaming, access to all or part of the Content may be interrupted or restricted, and the Company shall not be held liable for such limitations.

  1. Background processes may execute when running installed Applications or network services. Additional data communication fees may be incurred based on Device specifications or mobile carrier terms, for which the Company bears no liability.

Article 13 (Modification and Suspension of Services)

  1. The Company may modify the Game Services, in whole or in part, on an ongoing basis according to operational or technical requirements, such as releasing new content or patching bugs. The Company shall post details of such modifications within the Game Service prior to implementation; provided, however, that in urgent situations such as bug/error fixes or critical updates, or where changes are not material, notice may be provided post-facto.

  1. Where it is difficult to sustain the Game Services due to material management, operational, or technical reasons—including business closure resulting from a business transfer, spin-off, or merger, expiration of game publishing licenses, or severe decline in revenue—the Company may terminate the Services entirely. In such circumstances, the Company shall announce the termination date, reasons, and compensation criteria on the initial application screen or linked interface at least thirty (30) days prior to the termination date, and notify Members individually pursuant to Article 29, Paragraph 1.

  1. In the event of service termination pursuant to Paragraph 2, the Company shall establish a customer support window for a period of at least thirty (30) days following termination and process refunds for unused paid items or paid items with remaining validity periods in accordance with Article 26, Paragraph 3.

Article 14 (Collection of Information, etc.)

  1. The Company may record, store, and retain all chat communications between Members within the Game Services. Such records shall be maintained exclusively by the Company. The Company may access such information solely for mediating disputes between Members, handling complaints, or maintaining in-game order. Third parties may access such data only where statutory authorization is granted pursuant to applicable laws.

  1. When the Company or authorized third parties inspect chat records under Paragraph 1, the Company shall notify the affected Member of the reasons and scope of access in advance; provided, however, that where inspection is necessary to investigate, process, or verify prohibited activities under Article 10, Paragraph 2 or remediate damages arising therefrom, notice may be provided post-facto.

  1. To ensure stable operations and improve service quality, the Company may collect and utilize Member Device information (hardware specifications, OS version, settings, etc.), excluding personal data.

  1. The Company may request supplementary information from Members to improve services and introduce relevant offerings. Members have the right to accept or decline such requests, and the Company shall explicitly notify Members of their right to refuse when making such requests.

  1. The Company may analyze payment histories, login timestamps, and gameplay logs to determine Member tiers and provide differentiated tier benefits, exclusive content, or tailored consultations. Detailed criteria and procedures shall comply with the Privacy Policy.

Article 15 (Provision of Advertisements)

  1. The Company may place commercial advertisements within the Game Services in connection with service operations. Furthermore, the Company may transmit commercial advertising information via email, SMS/LMS, or push notifications to Members who have provided prior express consent to receive such transmissions. Members may opt out of receiving advertising messages at any time, and the Company shall immediately cease transmissions upon receipt of an opt-out request.

  1. The Services provided by the Company may contain banners or links leading to advertisements or services operated by third parties.

  1. Where redirected to third-party advertisements or services under Paragraph 2, such external offerings do not form part of the Company’s service domain. The Company does not warrant their reliability or safety and bears no liability for damages sustained by Members therefrom, unless the Company facilitated or failed to mitigate the damages through willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 16 (Attribution of Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to the Content created by the Company within the Game Services belong exclusively to the Company.

  1. Members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, perform, distribute, broadcast, create derivative works of, or otherwise commercially exploit, nor permit third parties to exploit, any intellectual property belonging to the Company or its licensors obtained through the Services without prior written consent.

  1. With respect to communications (including chat text), images, sounds, and all other materials and data uploaded or transmitted by Members through the Application or Game Services in connection with the Services (collectively, "User Generated Content" or "UGC"), Members grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable, and sublicensable license to utilize such UGC under the following conditions:

○      (1) To use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, perform, broadcast, distribute, and create derivative works of such UGC in any format or media;

○      (2) The Company shall not sell, lease, or transfer UGC for commercial transaction purposes without the prior consent of the Member who created it.

  1. Regarding Member UGC that is not displayed within the game and is not integrated into the Game Services (e.g., postings on general external community boards), the Company shall not exploit such content without the Member’s express consent, and the Member may delete such UGC at any time.

  1. If the Company determines that a specific posting constitutes defamation, infringes upon privacy rights, or violates prohibited activities under Article 10, Paragraph 2, the Company may delete, move, or reject the registration of such post without prior notice.
  2. A Member whose legal rights are infringed by postings on boards operated by the Company may request the deletion of the information or the publication of a rebuttal. In such cases, the Company shall take prompt remedial action and notify the claimant thereof.

  1. This Article shall remain in full force and effect during the operation of the Game Services and shall survive the withdrawal or termination of a Member’s account.

Article 17 (Purchase, Term of Use, and Consumption of Paid Content)

  1. Paid Content purchased by a Member within the Game Services may be accessed and used only on Devices where the relevant Application has been downloaded or installed.

  1. The term of use for paid Content purchased by a Member shall follow the period specified at the time of purchase; provided, however, that if service termination occurs pursuant to Article 13, Paragraph 2, the term of use for paid Content with an unspecified duration shall expire on the officially announced service termination date.

Article 18 (Test Services)

  1. Prior to the formal commercial launch of a new service, the Company may conduct preliminary testing services for Members (the "Test Services") for a designated duration. The scope, duration, and operational details of Test Services shall be announced separately via game notices.

  1. During Test Services, game data may be modified, added, or deleted to ensure operational stability. Upon completion of the Test Service period, all game currency, characters, and related test data acquired by Members shall be reset and expunged. Furthermore, if unexpected technical disruptions occur during testing, the Company may terminate the Test Services without prior notice.

  1. Test Services are provided free of charge on a temporary basis, and the Company bears no liability for damages incurred by Members in connection therewith, except where damages arise from the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 19 (Affiliated Services)

  1. The Company may partner with third-party platform operators to provide services integrated with Affiliated Service features.

  1. Prior to accessing the Game Services, Members must review and consent to the transfer and processing of personal information necessary for service delivery, including personal profile information maintained on third-party platforms. If a Member withholds consent, access to certain service features may be restricted.

  1. The Company may provide multiple game services in partnership with affiliate platforms. Due to the architecture of game services, if a Member who has registered for multiple services wishes to terminate use, the Member must submit an individual cancellation (account withdrawal) request for each respective service.

  1. Because the Services are provided utilizing affiliate platform member credentials, if a Member loses membership status on an affiliate platform or withdraws from the affiliate service, game records and usage history may not be preserved or transferred, and the Company shall assume no liability in connection therewith.

  1. Deleting an installed Application may permanently expunge a Member’s accumulated items and gameplay records; Members must exercise due diligence prior to deleting applications.

Article 20 (Service Restrictions on Members)

  1. Members must not violate the obligations set forth in Article 10. In the event of a violation, the Company may impose restrictions, delete offending data (posts, images, videos, etc.), and enforce the following measures:

○      (1) Restriction of Specific Rights: Suspending specific privileges (such as chat bans) for a defined period;

○      (2) Character Restriction: Restricting the use of a Member’s character for a defined period or permanently;

○      (3) Account Restriction: Restricting access to a Member’s account for a defined period or permanently;

○      (4) Member Restriction: Restricting a Member’s access to the Game Services entirely for a defined period or permanently.

  1. Where service restrictions are rightfully imposed under Paragraph 1, the Company shall not be liable to compensate the Member for any damages resulting from such restrictions.

  1. Members shall be liable for damages inflicted upon the Company or other Members due to reasons attributable to the Member under this Article.

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend service access for an account until an investigation is completed under any of the following circumstances:

○      (1) Where a legitimate report is received indicating that an account has been hacked or stolen;

○      (2) Where an account is reasonably suspected of being an illegal software user or an unauthorized workshop (gold farm);

○      (3) Where provisional access restrictions are deemed necessary for reasons analogous to the foregoing.

  1. Following completion of the investigation under Paragraph 4, in the case of paid Game Services, the Company shall extend the Member's access period by the duration of the suspension or compensate the Member with equivalent paid services or virtual currency; provided, however, that no extension or compensation shall be provided if the Member is found guilty of the violations under Paragraph 4.

  1. Where service restrictions are rightfully imposed, the Company shall not compensate the Member for losses resulting from restrictions or contract termination, and all unused balances, remaining periods, and residual entitlements shall be strictly non-refundable and non-compensable.

Article 21 (Grounds and Procedures for Service Restrictions)

  1. Specific grounds, criteria, and procedures for service restrictions under Article 20, Paragraph 1 shall be prescribed in the Operation Policy, taking into account the nature, gravity, frequency, and consequences of the prohibited acts set forth in Article 10, Paragraph 2.

  1. When imposing service restrictions under Article 20, Paragraph 1, the Company shall notify the Member of the following details in advance; provided, however, that in urgent situations requiring immediate intervention, notice may be delivered post-facto:

○      (1) The grounds for the restriction;

○      (2) The type and duration of the restriction;

○      (3) Procedures for appealing the restriction.

Article 22 (Appeals Procedure Against Restrictions)

  1. If a Member wishes to appeal a service restriction imposed by the Company, the Member must submit an appeal specifying the grounds for objection in writing, via email, or through equivalent electronic support channels within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving notice of the restriction.

  1. The Company shall reply to the appeal in writing, via email, or through equivalent methods within fifteen (15) days of receiving the appeal submission; provided, however, that if a response cannot be rendered within this timeframe, the Company shall notify the Member of the reasons and the revised processing schedule.

  1. If the Member’s objection is determined to be well-founded, the Company shall immediately take corrective measures, including lifting the restriction and restoring data.

Article 23 (Payment and Billing)

  1. The assessment and payment of purchase fees for Content shall, in principle, follow the policies and settlement methods established by mobile telecommunications carriers and Open Market operators. Furthermore, transaction limits for individual payment methods may be established or adjusted pursuant to policies of the Company, Open Market operators, or governmental mandates.

  1. If payment for Content is made in a foreign currency, the actual billed amount may differ from the price displayed in the in-game shop due to prevailing currency exchange rates, foreign transaction surcharges, and processing fees assessed by card issuers or payment gateways.

Article 24 (Right of Withdrawal and Effects)

  1. A Member who executes a purchase contract for paid Content with the Company may withdraw their subscription without penalty or cancellation fees within seven (7) days from the date of purchase or the date the Content becomes accessible, whichever is later.

  1. A Member cannot exercise the right of withdrawal against the Company’s intention under any of the following circumstances:

○      (1) Where Content is used or applied immediately upon purchase;

○      (2) Where additional benefits (bundled items, bonus currencies) are attached and such additional benefits have been partially or fully consumed;

○      (3) Where the act of opening a package is deemed equivalent to consumption, or where the utility of the Content is determined upon opening;

○      (4) Where Content was received as a gift from another user, obtained free of charge through promotions/events, or acquired during gameplay;

○      (5) Where any portion of Content sold as a bundle has been used or activated.

  1. For Content where statutory withdrawal is restricted pursuant to Paragraph 2, the Company shall clearly display such restrictions in an easily recognizable location and provide trial goods (such as temporary access or demo versions) or detailed product specifications to ensure that the Member’s statutory rights are not prejudiced. If the Company fails to implement such protective measures, the Member may exercise the right of withdrawal notwithstanding the statutory restrictions in Paragraph 2.

  1. Notwithstanding Paragraphs 1 and 2, if the purchased paid Content differs from its advertised description or is performed defectively contrary to the contract, the Member may withdraw the subscription within three (3) months from the date the Content became accessible, or within thirty (30) days from the date the Member knew or could have known of such discrepancy.

  1. When a Member exercises the right of withdrawal, the Company verifies transaction logs through platform partners or Open Market operators. The Company may contact the Member using registered information and request supplementary verification documents to ascertain legitimate grounds for withdrawal.

  1. Upon a valid withdrawal under Paragraphs 1 through 4, the Company shall retrieve the paid Content without delay and refund the purchase price within three (3) business days. If the Company delays the refund, it shall pay statutory default interest calculated pursuant to the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and Article 21-3 of its Enforcement Decree for the period of delay.

  1. Where a minor executes a purchase contract on a Device without the consent of their legal guardian, the Company shall advise that the minor or the legal guardian may cancel the transaction. If a contract is executed without legal representative consent, the minor or guardian may cancel the purchase; provided, however, that cancellation is precluded if the purchase was made using assets that the legal representative permitted the minor to dispose of within a designated scope, or if the minor induced the Company to believe they were of legal age or had obtained guardian consent through fraudulent means.

  1. Whether the contracting party is a minor shall be evaluated based on the registered owner of the Device where payment occurred, payment execution details, and the identity of the payment method holder. The Company may request submission of official documentation verifying minority status and parental authority to confirm the legitimacy of a cancellation claim.
