News Post
We would like to inform you about an issue related to the Guild Raid 2 Beta.
It has been confirmed that, since March 20, the boss level in the Guild Raid 2 Beta has been incorrectly set to level 1 on the EU/NA/LA/OC/SEA servers.
As a result, the Guild Raid 2 Beta has not proceeded as intended, causing inconvenience to our Guardians who were looking forward to it. We sincerely apologize for this issue.
If we were to fix this issue while the season is ongoing, it could create a significant score gap between guilds where some members were inevitably unable to participate in at least one raid and guilds where all members participated without missing a single raid. This gap would be larger than in a normally functioning Guild Raid season.
To maintain fairness among all guilds and ensure that everyone completes the season under the same conditions, the fix will be applied after the season ends. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Although we introduced the Guild Raid 2 Beta with the goal of providing an improved guild raid experience, we deeply regret that this issue has caused inconvenience. We will continue to work towards providing a more stable service in the future.
As an apology, we will be providing compensation to affected players. Please check the details below.
[Guild Raid 2 Beta Issue Compensation]
- Compensation Period: March 20 09:00 ~ March 27 14:59 (UTC)
- Compensation Details: 500 Gems + 150 Stamina
