Community Event Program

Got a creative idea for a Guardian Tales event or want to host your very own tournament with your guildmates or audience? We'd love to support your initiative with some rewards and promotion! Fill out this form (in English) with details of the community event you are planning, and if your submission is selected, we will reach out to you with the contact provided.

Submission Period: February 6—March 26, 2024

Requirements:

• Your event should expect a minimum of 30 participant
• Your proposal must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance
• Asset creation (images, videos) or Streams to promote your event
• Please submit no more than 1 event proposal per calendar month

Benefits:

• Promotion of your event in our selected channels
• Ranked Rewards (no participation rewards but ranked rewards will be calculated and shared individually to selected submissions)

Disclaimer:

By submitting your Community Event, you are pledging and agreeing to the following:

• You pledge that the information provided is true and correct, and you also understand that any willful dishonesty may render for refusal of this application or immediate cancellation of rewards promised even after the submission is approved. 
• You commit to creating any sort of image, streamable or video content related to the organized event.
• You understand and agree that the rewards offered are subject to cancellation and change in content and quantity if the event is canceled, postponed, and/or revised.
• You understand that the ultimate decision of the acceptance of this proposal resides with the community team at Kakao Games.
• You understand and agree that Kakao Games, Kong Studios, and any organization related to them are not responsible for the course of this organized event and should not be listed as a sponsor.
• You understand that the Uses licensed to Kakao Games and Kong Studios may include: public display of your Event on Guardian Tales and related websites and channels; creation of Event collection including your Event and the photos, video, and text of other entrants for commercial sale or other promotion; and incorporation of your Event into Guardian Tales mobile game products and related services.
