This is the executive director of Guardian Tales, Boogang Kim.

I speak with a heavy heart today in sharing that the World 18 update will be postponed.

Please allow me to share the background on the delay of the content update.

First of all, we have been checking the feedback for Co-op Raid Beta mode and World 18 from Guardians around the globe. As we had shared in the 3Q Q&A session before, the entire development team has some regrets regarding the World 17 update.

As Co-op Raid would be the first combat update since I was appointed as the new executive director, we have been striving to ensure quality first in our development.

However, such efforts meant more work in the process and unexpected issues that surfaced which resulted in our development team requiring about one month of additional development time.

As a result, we want to announce the new update schedule as below

*Please note the update schedule is based in Korea's period and global update will follow around 2 weeks after.

We apologize to all Guardians who will have been looking forward to the upcoming update. World 18 is the final world update that wraps up Season 2, and at the same time it will create anticipation for the new season to come.

For these reasons, we will do our best to make sure to provide content that will satisfy all Guardians. Last but not least, please find the following compensation for the postponement of the content schedule.
