1. How do you get your stories?
People send them
to me by email, and I read them, edit them if necessary for spelling, etc.,
figure out which category to post them in, and post them on the site.
2. Are the stories really
true?
I hope they
are... but I don't guarantee it. I think the authors' believe they're
true. The stories with the ring of truth are the ones I post on the site.
3. Why did you make a website
like this?
I've had strange
experiences I can't explain by conventional means. I've also been
interested in the paranormal and unexplained all my life. Unfortunately, I
am alone in this interest with my friends and family, and this is a way for me
to indulge my interest. I also just want to know what other people have
experienced.
4. Do
you believe in ghosts?
Yes.
5. Do
you believe in UFO's?
I believe we are
not the only 'intelligent' life out there; that with the billions and billions
of planets and solar systems, it would be the height of arrogance for us to
believe we are the ONLY inhabited planet... Something's in the sky....I'm
just not sure what...
6. Why do you use a forest
theme for your background?
The house I grew
up in was set above a river, and we had no neighbors. The forest was
literally my back yard. The forest background reminds me of this, and I
just flat out love that background...
7. Can I buy Guardian Tales
merchandise?
No. But
that may change at some point in the future.
8. Do you have a chat room or
message board?
No. I USED to have a message board community on
MSN, but the website took up more and more time, and I neglected the community
to the point members lost interest...I ended up deleting it,
9. How often do you update your
site?
Currently, I will
try to update at least once a month - health issues took up my time recently,
and I didn't update the site for several months - but I'm back now...
10. How do I send in stories?
Please read the
Submission
Rules. Just write out your story in the BODY of the email; attachments
are ignored.
11. Do you only post ghost
stories?
NO - I'm looking
for ALL types of encounters and/or personal experiences with the paranormal or unexplained. UFO
sightings, Bigfoot sightings, ESP, and hauntings, of course... there's a LOT
more than ghosts out there....
12. Is your website free?
Yes. You do
not have to pay anything at all to read or submit stories, or browse the site.
